All ticket sales through Event Zone EMG are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be canceled or returned for a refund after purchase.
In the event that an event is canceled or rescheduled by the artist or promoter, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Service and processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to 30 calendar days to process once approved.
Tickets cannot be transferred or name changed once purchased.
Invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent ticket orders will not be refunded.
